What this is

OpenLoop is open-source software released under the MIT License. It is built for educational and experimental purposes — specifically to explore automated software development. It is not a commercial product.

Use at your own risk

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of this software. You use it at your own risk.

Self-hosting

If you self-host OpenLoop, you are responsible for:

  • Securing your deployment and database
  • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Managing your users' data and responding to their requests
  • Any costs associated with third-party services (Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, etc.)

No guarantees

This is an experimental project. We make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, security, or continued development. Features may change or be removed without notice.

User conduct

If you submit feedback on any OpenLoop instance, don't submit spam, malicious content, or anything illegal. Instance operators may remove content at their discretion.
